5. Martial Arts Training & Waivers

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, wrestling, striking, grappling, fitness training, and other physical activities involve inherent risks.

Participation in TJJA training may require execution of a separate waiver, release, assumption-of-risk agreement, membership agreement, or other documentation.

These Terms do not replace any waiver or membership agreement you execute with TJJA.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a separately executed waiver or membership agreement concerning participation in training, the applicable signed agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.

6. Minors & Youth Programs

A parent or legal guardian must complete required registration and waiver documentation for minor participants.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their child and complying with TJJA policies applicable to youth programs.

Certain programs, teams, competition training sessions, or advanced classes may have additional eligibility requirements or require coach approval or tryouts.

7. Memberships & Payments

Membership pricing, billing schedules, cancellation terms, discounts, and other membership conditions may be established in a separate membership agreement or payment authorization.

By purchasing a membership or other paid service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of enrollment or purchase.

Recurring memberships may continue and be charged according to the applicable membership agreement until canceled in accordance with that agreement.

Any membership-specific cancellation policy provided in your membership agreement controls your membership cancellation.

8. Merchandise & Online Purchases

TJJA may offer apparel, equipment, merchandise, or other products through our website.
