Before stepping on the mats, every student must complete a Waiver and Membership Agreement Form. This ensures that you (or your child) can train safely and that our academy continues to provide a structured, professional environment for all members.

Completing your waiver only takes a few minutes and helps us keep things running smoothly when you arrive for class.
