Clinch work is one of the most important tools for self defense. Clinch fighting is a huge part of stand-up fighting. Watch how Drake controls his opponent with the Thai clinch, turns his opponent to off balance him and delivers strikes from a good angle.

Sparring with a professional is an important training tool that familiarizes yourself with real-world application. The goal here with Drake is to start slow, gradually increase the pressure and resistance forming a realistic/practical sparring match
Checked in to a morning class as an out of town B.B. student and was welcomed by the Instructor and class. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Cody is a great coach and a legit blackbelt. The other coaches were top notch too. If you are looking for a great place to train I would highly recommend this school.
